John Philip Jacob Lesaca
b. March 10, Manila

JOHN LESACA’s colorful musical background started when he was 5 years old playing the ukulele and later on with the violin while simultaneously playing the guitar and many other musical instruments. After high school classes, he would play the violin as concertmaster of the UP Children’s Ensemble while playing rock music as a lead guitarist in the evenings.

Joining all of the major Philippine symphony orchestras, John has been awarded numerous trophies, citations and plaques as a violinist, environmentalist, television program host, as a supporter of civic projects, and also as a golfer. To date, he plays non-classical music to expose the violin to a greater number of listeners and also maintains a recording studio for corporate projects as well as for his own future albums. Knowledgeable in Intellectual Property Rights, he is often consulted by government and non-government organizations and often invited to attend seminars and workshops in various countries.

John has always been appreciative of his listeners and has a lot of faith in their good taste in music, realizing that his talent does not come from within but from The Higher Being. (Immuseek.com)
